Evapo-Rust is the Rust Remover of the 21st Century. This Patent Pending formula will rapidly remove rust from all ferrous metals. This is not a rust converter; it will actually remove all the rust, leaving a clean metal surface. This formula is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive, and biodegradable. No fumes. Easy and safe to use and contains no solvents, acids, bases, or hazardous ingredients. Will not pit or discolor un-rusted steel, also won’t harm soft metals, plastic, rubber, PVC, or Vinyl. This product is also reusable, but it will lose its performance over time. Simply pre-clean item to remove any dirt or oil and then keep rusted part or area wet with Evapo-Rust until all the rust is removed. Most parts are rust free in 1-2 hour, however deeply rusted parts may require overnight soaking. Once the part is rust free, simply rinse it off thoroughly with water and it’s ready for the coating of your choice. If you will not be painting quickly, then allow Evapo-Rust to dry on the part to give you up to 4 weeks of protection from re-rusting (in a dry low humidity environment).
